We have often been asked about our roadmap and before today there has never really been anything that we can point at and say ‘this is where Mautic is going’ other than vague blog posts and forum threads. Today we are sharing the first iterations of our plans for the future which I first shared at Mautic Conference Europe 2021 in my keynote. It includes some great features that we have coming over the next year.

Favour Kelvin is a Nigerian-based technical writer that has been working relentlessly to enhance Mautic’s documentation and Knowledge Base, and she was particularly active in those documents for the Mautic 4.x releases. Let’s kick off a roundup of all the awesome things that have happened this quarter!

Our official Mautic Conferences have quickly become a central factor to Mautic users and service providers. To make these events happen, we (i.e. the Mautic community and Open Source project) rely on volunteers to prepare and to run them.

Today the Mautic project is announcing our intention to financially support the top 10 projects - prioritised by the community - which we depend on to keep our community and product running. We have allocated $2,000 in our budget this year as a starting point for the ‘Back your Stack’ project.

This is the first minor release of the Mautic 4.x series. This release includes many new features including support for dependent fields in forms.

Finally, the long wait had an end: the Mautic Community came together the 8th and 9th of November in Hasselt, Belgium for the first ever in-person conference - Mautic Conference Europe.
