New Contacts not triggering email campaign {}

    New user on , having an issue with campaigns not triggering events.
    Was working fine last week, changed a subject line on an email ( campaign emails scheduled last week sending but new campaign emails not )

    I created a new campaign and email triggers still not funtioning.... any suggestions.

  2. Did you create a new campaign from scratch or did you clone the old one?

    If you cloned it, try creating from scratch.

  3. I tried both, and none of the new contacts that I have added to any of the three capmaigns will trigger. This was working fine on Saturday...

  4. I think I have found the issue. The chrome plugin is down:

    " Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!
    500 Internal Server Error

    Tried uninstall/ re-install several times, confirmed mautic url and "secret"... will check for documentation.

  5. Still not understanding this... emails that were added to campaign last week still sending. No new contacts will trigger email event. Getting a new response from the gmail plugin after changing the "secret" :

    The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

  6. I still have this probleme. NOTHING is triggered in campaign. First time I tried it worked, but when I deleted one campaign, and started another with more triggers, nothing works.

  7. Same issue here. I edited a subject line and after that nothing will trigger the campaign.

    I have tried creating new campaigns from scratch and still nada. It's not an issue with the emails sending as I can send custom direct from contact and previously engaged campaign contacts are still sending.

    Well, magically emails just strated sending. Must have been a dev issue on the backend. Thanks !
