Challenge: The main challenge for Axys Consultants is to be able to respond to the strong demand of their customers in terms of resources in order to carry out their strategic projects. To do so, they constantly need to recruit talent, from senior consultants to pilot projects to functional profiles on brick trades. The only real obstacle to their development is their ability to recruit the right people in sync with projects of their clients.

To overcome this, Axys Consultants has deployed a communication and digital marketing strategy targeting potential candidates: with strong presence on social media, blog posts, white papers, videos, infographics, in order to gain a positive notoriety. This strategy on the employer brand also makes it possible to work on internal mobility and retention of talent.

Results: By automating the segmentation and scoring of candidates according to the HR content consulted on the website, recruitment times were immediately reduced by 10%.  Moreover, by improving the transparency of the recruitment process, both internally and to the candidates via automatic notifications, Axys has generated a productivity of its internal teams of + 20% and improved the satisfaction of the people who passed interviews.

In addition, the issue of the GDPR has been taken into account with a double opt-in trigger campaign every 6 months. Another great opportunity to update email addresses.

The next projects of the HR teams at Axys Consultants are the automation of the onboarding processes of new employees on their first assignment within the group, and the off-boarding in order to create an ambassadors network with the former employees who are best placed to talk about Axys' mission to qualified targets in their new business or network.
